Maintenance, Painter, Carpenter
We are a multifamily property management company with a few hundred apartments in the area.

We are looking for a candidate to perform repairs and maintenance duties.

On a daily basis job will consist of the following structure: Maintenance Manager will give over work orders to complete repairs in occupied apartments among other tasks:

Candidate must be able to follow directions properly, follow the assigned schedule, complete repairs properly so callbacks are minimized. Complete the job at hand without drama. Communicate professionally and nicely with residents and management staff. Job entails minor demolition, framing, taping, spackling, painting, sheetrock repair, tiling, flooring, carpentry, caulking, cleaning, minor electric and plumbing, among other tasks.

Familiarity with structures, building techniques and safe tool usage is required.

Candidate must be organized, work efficiently, be able to follow instructions accurately, be able to work independently as well as with a team. Candidate must be trustworthy and have the qualifications and patience to make quality repairs.

Our buildings are all non-smoking.

Candidate will use his own truck and basic tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
